Are we witnessing an orchestrated financial crime in the Serta court process?
There is something quite strange in the sudden appearance of the Caspar Fereira lawyer and its 5 previous promised buyers clients in this process. A process just dealing with the payment of the financial damage based on valid insurance contracts belonging to Transes International SA.
In 2015 with the sentence of the Lisbon court declaring the previous promised contracts invalid, also as a consequence the insurance contracts for these 5 promised buyers issued in 2002 became invalid (no property rights any longer).
First question: Why should these 5 previous promised buyers keep paying the insurance premium from 2015-2018 for chalets not belonging to them, or with any legal property right?
Second question: Why should they have issued for this legal process in the Serta court in 2019 a financial claim in 2018/2019 for a destroyed property not belonging to them and without any other legal property right?, – personal crimes!
Third question: Why did Fidelidade allow (fake) insurance claims based on legally non existing insurance contracts (see also the Portuguese insurance law 72/2008) entering the process for paying the financial damage caused by the wildfire to Transes International SA ?, a serious crime with serious financial implications for the justified payment of the financial damage to Transes International SA. Probably that idea was already in preparation during the Breda process in 2018.
Fourth question: Why did Fidelidade gave Gaspar Ferreita a platform to come with accusations and demands completely irrelevant for the normal payment of the financial damage caused by the wildfire to Transes Internationsl SA ? – at least crime complicity and conspiracy !
Fidelidade and its lawyers are certainly completely aware of the Lisbon process (See Initial Petition of the Serta process) and the resulting invalid insurance contracts for these five previous promised buyers. No valid insurance contract mean no valid insurance claims.
So where are Gaspar Fereira and the financial insurance claims from 5 previous promises buyers, without properties in the Almegue project since 2015, coming from in this legal process ?

Are we here witnessing an orchestrated financial crime committed by Fidelidade SA and its lawyers, Morais Leitao and others, Gaspar Fereira and the previous promised buyers van der Berg, Hoogendoorn, Bontje, van der Snel and Schultz Stenekes.
All, with one general objective to hurt the companies and owners involved in the Almegue project. The facts clearly direct in that direction and at least Fidelidade and the 5 previous promised buyers have each their own private reasons.
A simple case for the payment of financial damages based on valid insurance contracts became a nightmare with high and still increasing additional damage costs for the Almegue project and its owner.
A further criminal investigation of this possible serious financial crime is absolutely needed, and will be made in the near future!
