Web site improvements

Various times, apart from new posts, the web site will be improved and updated. So it would be worthwhile to consult it on a regular basis.

The last major improvements include an additional page – Contest other Party – dealing with the contest from the lawyer representing some previous promised buyers (2004), when Fidelidade included their false and fake claim into the legal process in the Castelo Branco (Serta) court process.

The page “Almegue Project” has been updated with a separate paragraph dealing with the previous Santarem process against Fidelidade (2004-2015), in particular the sentence and the by the court approved facts, as the lawyers of Fidelidade in the present process try to avoid it. All data very important for the clarification of the wrong doing of Fidelidade SA and its lawyers

Another important addition has to do with the personal integrity attacks of the present Fidelidade lawyers (Morais Leitao, Galvao Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados in Lisbon) on Drs Jan van Es, the former CEO of the Transes Group (1996-2003). Before, being director of a Consulting company, a former consultant of the Portuguese Government, the European Commission and the World bank in Washington.
